Every time I come to London on business I stay at the Kensington because I have found I get the most for my money there. Other hotels in the same price category are generally in worse locations, or are dirty, smelly, smokey and loud. The Kensington is always clean, nice, functional, and practical with an accommodating staff, great rooms, and a nice atmosphere. The only way to stay somewhere better in London is to pay a whole lot more, so the Kensington is your best bet if you're on a budget.
